Coach
Coaches are partnered with a TD participant for the 18 month cohort, meeting twice per module.
Book Study Group Leader
Group Leader guides the book study of four to six participants. Leaders commit to meeting twice per module with their group.
Facilitator
The facilitator guides the TD participants through each module and helps to build a community during the 18 month cohort.
