When: Saturday, October 23 (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Why: To grow as Christian leaders individually and as a ministry team while networking and enjoying fellowship with other leaders in the Green Bay Area

What is CliftonStrengths All About?
CliftonStrengths helps define how fearfully and wonderfully God has created you. The CliftonStrengths assessment (formerly known as Clifton StrengthsFinder) uncovers your unique rank order of the 34 CliftonStrengths themes. They are your “talent DNA” and help explain the ways God has made you to most naturally think, behave, and react.
Research shows that people who know and use their CliftonStrengths are highly engaged at work, more productive in their roles, and lead happier and healthier lives of service to God and those around them.

1) If you don’t know your CliftonStrengths results, take the online assessment. (No need to retake it if you have previously done so.) Please visit: https://store.gallup.com/p/en-us/10108/top-5-cliftonstrengths Follow the instructions to purchase a code, set up an account, and take the assessment (takes about an hour).
