If you would like to donate a plant for our Easter Services, please print and fill out this form and return it to the De Pere church office before 8:00 a.m. Monday, March 15.  Forms will also be available at both campus Welcome Centers.

You can take your plant(s) home after services the weekend after Easter (April 11).
